Entering a COVID-19 Pre-Screening Self Assessment

Overview

Entering a COVID-19 Pre-Screening Self Assessment is as simple as creating an instant message or email.  With a few clicks, you can easily complete the questionnaire in your InUnison platform and send it to management for review and approval.  

Step 1

Log in to www.inunison.io and click “Add Event”.

You can also click on Events in the top menu and access the “+ Add Event” button from that screen as well.

Step 2

Under the What is the event type? dropdown menu, click COVID-19 Pre-Screening Self Assessment.

Step 3

Enter your Shift Start Date, Shift Start Time, and the Region and Location where you are due to work. 

Step 4

There are five Yes or No questions to be answered as part of your Pre-Screening process.  You must answer all five questions in order to complete the assessment.

Step 5

Once you have answered all five questions, click “Save & Continue”.

Step 6

You will now be brought to a summary screen of your event.  This screen tells you that your assessment has been completed.  

You have now successfully completed a COVID-19 Pre-Screening Self Assessment.
